Overview

Laur is a larger olive oil fabrica (manufacturer) that produces olive oil blends as well as single variety oils, balsamic vinegar, tapanades and other various other spices and specialty food items. Located in a quiet but central part of Maipu, this can make for a tasty break during a long day of wine tasting in the area. Visitors can take a tour through their onsite museum and view classic machinery used in days past, then check out what olive oil production looks like today at Laur before enjoying a degustacion platter in their cozy tasting room.
