Tasting Notes

A truth passion for the wine made possible the creation of this partnership project between Dany and Michel Rolland who always wanted to produce Ultra Premium Wines in Argentina. They were always fascinated by the beautiful landscapes of Argentina and the potential of the terroir of this country; so both decided to buy a small vineyard in “Valle de Uco”, a region located at the foothill of the Andes. This pinot noir dazzles with a mocha coffee nose, mixed with some red fruits like cherries or strawberries. Some of the smoky barrel (14 months of French oak barrel) comes through, with rounded berry fruit starting to emerge. The fruit is extremely sweet, and on the palate strawberry and ripe, creamy berry fruit full the mouth.
