Tasting Notes

For true expression of varietal characteristics, winemaker Mauricio Lorca does not use any oak in this wine. The full bouquet rounds out the glass with dark red fruit, mint, spices, and pepper. The mouth hints at the smoky depths of Syrah with a long finish and supple tannins.
