Overview

With 180 degree views of the Andes, The Vines of Mendoza’s Uco Valley Tasting Room offers a unique opportunity to barrel taste, blend your own wines, and even see barrel fermentation in action. With 700 acres of planted vines and The Vines Resort & Spa set to open in December 2013, this is a great spot for learning about winemaking by some of Mendoza’s most awarded winemakers, including consulting winemaker Santiago Achaval and Pablo Martorell.
