The owner and head chef Vanina Chimeno was trained for years at Francis Mallmann's 1884. With Italian and French Cuisine, everything served is homemade, down to the delicious pasta. Their pear and burrata cheese that will make you rethink just how delicious basic food can be. Many hearty meals, such as their Pumpkin Risotto and Eggplant, are baked and served in Le Creuset dishes, the food both looks gorgeous and is a delight for the tastebuds.
Maria Antonieta is open all day for breakfast, lunch, dinner – including through the siesta hours when many other locations are closed. Stop in mid-day for a coffee and a scone or raspberry muffin for a quick pick me up.
