Named after one of the best bistros in the world, La Tupiña in Bordeaux, this restaurant in Guiltallary is a great spot for fusion food. Years ago the restaurant was the home of vineyard workers. It has since been restored, but maintains the original look and feel, complete with straw and mud bricks, a low ceiling and authentic cow hides.
Every meal is cooked in the fireplace making the spot warm and cozy. A tourist favorite is their empanadas, cooked slowly in the fire. The restaurant only sells wines local to Guiltallary to showcase local specialties.
