Always filled with local winemakers, Ilo it is a favorite for people visiting the Uco Valley and those living there. Fish is cooked in a number of ways and a variety of sauces. A favorite for dessert is ‘Ilo’, the restaurant's namesake, a simple cheese covered in spaghetti squash jam and doused in olive oil.
