Bistro M

City of Mendoza

Overview

This stylish restaurant in the stately Park Hyatt hotel is on Mendoza’s main square, Plaza Independencia. Here, delicious dishes are served alongside wines from perhaps the most discriminating list in the city. With over 300 wines, you can pick between almost every different varietal, all made in Argentina, of course.

The menu is designed for experimentation with lots of tapas style dishes and a European influence. Their lunch menu is a great value with a buffet of starters, a main course and a dessert buffet to finish off and leave the restaurant with a satisfied stomach.
