Local Mendoza chef Lucas Bustos created this closed-door restaurant. Having always prepared special wine pairing dinners with his friends in the food and wine industry, Lucas opened this restaurant so that others could enjoy his creations and pairings.
The dinner has roughly 15 mini courses that paired with different wines for tasting and experimental pairing. After the dinner, Lucas speaks with his guests to find out their favorite pairings and get suggestions for his next meal. The restaurant is an intimate and one-of-a-kind experience for food and wine lovers.
